I need to publicly correct a negative review I left earlier. I was initially disappointed that my wife's flowers arrived without a vase, but it was 100% my mistake for not reading the description properly. What truly impressed me is what happened next. Instead of just pointing out my error, the team reached out and showed an incredible level of care. Their only goal was to make sure my wife was happy with her gift. That kind of service is so rare.
