The delivery gal was very sweet and kind. The arrangement was in a heavy glass bowl and she offered to carry the flowers inside and place them for my elderly mother-in-law. The arrangement was larger than expected and beaufiful, with a great variety of flowers and vibrant colors. I highly recommend Van Nuys Florist and I will definitely be ordering from them again!
